I utilize decades of experience in broadcast media and a full digital studio suite to fully produce your shows with music, SFX, announcer vocals in a custom intro, show segue/topic sweepers, and a custom outro for truly one-of-a-kind programming.

My services are “white label”, meaning I can produce behind the scenes with no public producer credits necessary (on request). You and your content remain front and center. Additionally, I never disclose my client roster to any third party.
Step 1: Record.
You and your guests have a great time recording your podcast episode content. When you’re done, you provide me with the original recording. No editing necessary; you can leave in all the pauses, coughs, and shuffles. I’ll take your audio and clean it as if none of those pops, clicks, sneezes, and shuffles ever happened.
Step 2: Master.
Your audio is meticulously scanned through every second, cleaning up all of those nuances like coughs, odd breaths, noises, or even those awkward moments you pause to reflect and plan your next comment. After editing, I’ll mix it with an intro, music, etc., and master the final mix with our professional broadcast digital mastering (the same stuff used in radio).
Step 3: Publish.
Your show is now mastered and ready for your audience! I’ll post your HD Digital files in the client portal for immediate download. Now you’re ready to publish your show to the masses on all platforms!

Vocals don’t match
Maybe you have recorded your podcast in different spaces or on different days, and you discover that the vocals do not sound congruent from take to take. Episode ruined? Not at all. You would think this was a beginner mistake, but it isn’t - this happens in professional podcasts for a variety of reasons.
The solution: I’ll run your audio through a specific chain of digital mastering tools and dial your dialogue in to sound consistent from beginning to end. And because nobody can control the environment your audience will be listening in, I’ll even boost, EQ, and compress your vocals to broadcast quality so you’re sure to be heard no matter where your listener streams.
Tame that room
Don’t worry, It’s not an “amateur” problem – room noise and atmosphere. Even the best podcast companies can utilize subpar locations for recordings. Sometimes you just can’t control the environment if your guest chooses the location. These are common problems for both pro and amateur podcasts. That’s where we come in…
The solution: I’m a master of tools that identify the frequency range where room tone and atmosphere can be the worst. Your entire recording is processed through a frequency analyzer and manually dialed in by hand to remove the worst resonances. We call this “De-Noising” a clip. I’m also able to remove that atmosphere reverb, that sound of your vocals bouncing around the room and back into your microphones, and free your recording from ugly room tones.
Pop, click, cough…
It’s not that you want to turn anyone down, but sometimes you’ve got a voice in your show that has a harsh, strident sound that overshadows everything else, and that’s not good for listener retention! The answer is to sculpt all voices to an even, consistent sonic signature that is pleasing to hear so your podcast listener returns again and again.
The solution: I can dial in those key sonic signatures, enharmonic distortion, troublesome resonances, and process all voices, and digitally shape them to a tone that will have a profound impact on your overall podcast sound. All those pesky clicks pops, awkward breathes, pauses sneezes, and other unwanted artifacts – GONE!

FAQs
Is there a contract?
NEVER, this is a subscription service paid upfront monthly. Prepaid annual plans are non-refundable due to the significant discount provided.
Can we request revisions?
Yes. Although it is highly unlikely, if an error is found in the voice-over delivery, we will re-master it for free and upload it. Additionally, there is no charge to active subscribers for revisions.
What are the sound specs?
With HD Digital media, quality is key. All audio should be recorded in a decent environment with no outside distraction and uploaded in full HD quality as an uncompressed 48000 Hz, Stereo, 32 Bit, Wav PCM format file. As we say in the business, junk in, junk out… If you send a great recording, you’ll end up with an amazing mastered show.
Where can we use the audio?
This is a subscription service for podcasters and rights are extended to use on all podcast platforms. Additionally, recordings may be used on YouTube, Vimeo, or your own website/social media. Recordings are not licensed for use in broadcast media (radio or television). An additional licensing agreement is required for broadcast media.
How is audio delivered?
All audio is currently uploaded to your portal on this website (password protected) for you to download at any time. Audio is permanently archived on your page so long as you’re an active subscriber. Corporate/Network clients can request utilization of their own platform (vCreative, Dropbox, etc.)
How quickly will I get my show uploaded?
Fully mastered shows are promised with a one-week turnaround (5 business days). This is maintained 99% of the time with the exceptions of holidays, illness, or other unexpected studio outages. Most downtime is pre-scheduled and clients notified within the platform and via email. Lastly, delays may be incurred if the talent is ill and cannot voice (very rare).
