Is there a contract?
No, this is a subscription service without obligation. We know ministry changes and we want to be as flexible as possible. Cancel any time without penalty or question.
Can we request revisions?
Yes. Although it is highly unlikely, if an error is found in the delivery (Jeremiah’s fault), he will re-voice it for free and upload. Additionally, there is no charge to active subscribers for revisions.
Less than 100 Church Members?
Small and upstart ministries included. There are no limitations on church or ministry size. You are not too small to benefit from professional voiceover.
What are the sound specs?
Quality is key. All audio is recorded in a professional studio and uploaded in full HD quality as an uncompressed 48000 Hz, Stereo, 32 Bit, Wav PCM format file. Optional MP3 delivery on request.
Where can we use the audio?
ChurchProVoice is a subscription service for ministries and licensed for ministry use. Recordings may be used on most church media and digital assets, excluding commercials for broadcast television or radio. Recordings may be used on YouTube, Vimeo or your own website/social media. Recordings are not licensed for use in broadcast media (radio or television commercials) or paid content.
How is audio delivered?
Due to the volume of audio voiced and uploaded, we cannot honor specific requests (i.e. Google Drive, Dropbox, Email, etc.) All audio is currently uploaded to the website (password protected) for you to download any time. Audio is permanently archived.
Is it really same or next-day turnaround?
Services are promised with a one-business-day turnaround. This is maintained 99% of the time with the exceptions for holiday, travel or other studio outages. All outages are pre-scheduled and users notified within the platform and via email. Lastly, delays may be incurred if the talent is ill and cannot voice (very rare).
